Vendor will receive Confirmation Letter by April 17, 2020.  Vendor fee and $50.00 Cleaning Deposit will be due by May 1, 2020.

 

Special Needs

Please tell us about any special needs you may have

 

Special Instruction to Table, Food and Beverage Vendor

  • Vendor must provide a Food Permit and Certificate Of Insurance which provides product liability insurance for sales or distributions of any products (for example:  foods, drinks, etc.) by April 3, 2020

  • Propane usage must be approved by permit ahead of time.

  • Vendor  will not be allow to sell drinks for more than $3.00

  • Violation of beverage vending rule intentionally or unintentionally, by owner or staff, will result in immediate dismissal from the event

  • Any grease must be placed in a sealed container and taken off Event premises

  • Vendor will be responsible for setup, cleanup, sweeping area and removing debris from area

  • Vendor must supply examples of what items will be sold during this event prior to being selected to participate

  • Vendor will be responsible for their own tent, chairs, table and table cloth

  • You will received a confirmation email once you are selected to participate as a vendor four weeks prior to the event which will also include your vendor table location number

Instructions for All Vendors

Arrival, Parking, Check In and Location Assignment

  • Vendors  MUST have a confirmation letter to enter the Event on Saturday 06/20/2020

  • Each vendor  MUST check in at the designated Juneteenth Information Table located (TBD)

  • At the Information Table, you will receive assistance with space location

  • Vendors are allowed to bring vehicles on the street site between 10:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday 06/20/2020

  • After unloading materials at your space, all vendors  MUST park vehicles at the Juneteenth vendor designated parking lot

  •  Vendors arriving at the Event after 1:00pm will not be allowed to bring their vehicles on site for any reason

  • Vendor location space must be open and ready for business by 3:00pm and remain open until 8:00pm unless otherwise notified by Juneteenth representative

 

  

Tents, Power and Supplies

  • Tents are REQUIRED for Juneteenth at Powder Springs Celebration and will not be provided by Unity In HIStory Outreach Foundation Inc...   Vendors will arrange for their tent, chairs, table and table cloth on their own.

  • Please provide a picture of your tent you will be using for this event

  • Power will be provided only for the vendors who request and purchase it with initial application

  • Vendor must bring their own heavy duty extension cords and adapters

General Information and Prohibited Items

  • All vendors will remain open and ready for business from 3:00pm to 8:00pm

  • Neither Juneteenth nor the City of Power Springs will be liable for any lost, stolen, broken,  misplaced items or the misconduct of anyone at the Event

  • Vendor will be responsible for maintaining their area and personal belongings

  • Vendor space must be clean before departing the venue and all cleaning requirements are met. Vendor   $50.00 cleaning deposit will be returned within two weeks after the event has ended.

  • No pets, tobacco, drugs, or alcohol products are allowed

 

 

Check Out, Clean Up and Existing

  • Each vendor MUST check out with Juneteenth Information Table

  • Vendor will be responsible for sweeping their area and removing any debris at the end of the Event and placing trash in dumpster

  •  A  $50.00 cleaning deposit will be required by April 17, 2020 from vendor and deposit will be forfeit  if vendor fails to clean up their space on departure

  • Vendor Vehicles will be allowed back on street site of Event for loading up materials at 8:00pm Saturday 06/20/2020

 

The undersigned agrees to hold harmless Unity In HIStory Outreach Foundation Inc., Juneteenth Celebration and Unity Walk and its agents, the City of Powder Springs and its agents, from all losses, claims, damages, expenses, judgments, liabilities, and causes of action. Including, but not limited to: requests for judgments and liabilities on account of any act, omission, negligence, fault, or default on any third party not within the control of the Foundation.   Upon execution of this agreement, the undersigned agrees that it shall be deemed to have released the Unity In HIStory Outreach Foundation Inc., Juneteenth Celebration and Unity Walk and its agents, and the City of Powder Springs and its agents from all claims, causes of action, and liability to the undersigned, its representatives, successors and assigns, in connection with this Agreement or the performance of any services rendered by the Undersigned or the Unity In HIStory Outreach Foundation Inc., Juneteenth Celebration and Unity Walk and its agents, the City of Powder Springs and its agents.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THE JUNETEENTH VENDOR INFORMAITON ABOVE AND HAVE OR WILL COMMUJNICATE  IT TO ALL PERSON WORKING IN MY VENDING AREA.  MOREOVER, I UNDERSTAND THAT MY VENDING OPERATION MAY BE SHUT DOWN BY THREE ROUNDS, LLC, UNITY IN HISTORY OUTREACH FOUNDATION, INC OR THE CITY OF POWDER SPRINGS FOR VIOLATION FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS DURING THE JUNETEENTH EVENT.
